Our Services...

Hidden Potential Staging provides Home Staging and related services at the Lake of the Ozarks to help sell your home quickly and for the highest price possible.  Homes that have been professionally staged sell 50% faster and for 6%-10% more of the asking price.  On average, that’s a $10,000 to $50,000 difference in selling price! 

We offer a choice of services to fit your needs: 

Consultation and Proposal
We will meet with you and discuss your goals; expectations and how to receive the maximum return on investment for your home improvement dollars. We will go over our 8-step, home staging process while walking through the home as a buyer would and gathering those all-important “first impressions).

De-clutter and Clean
The “D&C” is for homes that are well on their way to being staged and just need a little extra direction.  We pack up and store the things not used in staging to maximize space and give the home a general cleaning. 

Half Day of Home Staging or Interior Redesign
This service is for those homes that just need a little extra attention and expertise or are less then 2000 square feet.  We will be working from our 8-step Action Plan we began in the Consultation, to make dramatic transformations to the main areas of the home.  We will bring in accessories in order to complete the look of each room, take great photos for your agents marketing efforts, and give you a visual of what to purchase. 

Full Day of Home Staging or Interior Redesign
This service is for those homes that need a little more attention and expertise or are over 2000 square feet.  We spend a full day making dramatic transformations to your home.  You won’t believe the difference a day can make!  You’ll walk away with a show-ready home, photos for your agents marketing efforts, and visuals of purchases you can make to complete the look.

Vacant Homes
We will select the furniture needed to stage the homes main rooms. Arrange for the delivery and pick up of the furniture. Bring in the accessories needed to complete the look.

New Listing or Open House Staging Weekend (Includes Completed Action Plan)
This service is perfect for the house that is just about to go onto the market or have an Open House in order to make a great first impression!  We will spend two days prior to that weekend transforming the house into a buyers dream. Starting with the D&C, rearranging the furniture, and adding the accessories to set the emotional connection points.  The Consultant will be working off of a detailed Action Plan that will be given to the Home Seller in order to complete the transformations at the end of the session.  To get top dollar, every home should go through our complete home staging transformation BEFORE being listed!

Shopping Service
We’ll create a budget and shop for those accessories that serve as investments in the sale of your home.  Simple, inexpensive purchases go a long way in changing the look of a room.  We know where to go and even get “Designer Discounts” off of what we purchase for you.
